The rate includes free use of the swimming baths and sauna parlor (sauna in winter only)
in the SÖLDEN FREIZEIT ARENA Leisure Center located only 250m from our guesthouse.

Apartment Rates

Rates are per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 4 days. Resort tax is NOT included.
+15% surcharge for short stays – less than 4 days.

End-of-stay cleaning fee (paid only once)

Winter:

€ 80 apt. cat. E
€ 100 apt. cat. F, G1, G2

Summer:

€ 60 apt. cat. E
€ 80 apt. cat. F, G1, G2

Breakfast available on request for an extra charge (€ 18).

Room Rates

01 May – 30 Nov.: € 4.00

Child discounts

Reduced rates for extra bed:
Small children 0-2 years 100%
Children 3-14 years 50%

Arrival/Departure times

During the winter season the preferred day of arrival is Saturday. If possible we try to reserve your room also on other days.
Your room will be ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on your day of arrival.
Please leave your room by 9.30 am at the latest on your day of departure.

If you book the accommodation you are asked to make a down payment of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation terms

Winter 23/24

For all bookings regarding Winter 2023/24 (scheduled arrival after 16 Dec 23), the following terms of cancellation apply:

In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the planned arrival: bookings can be cancelled free of charge (Paid deposits less expenses for money transfer will be returned).
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the planned arrival: cancellation fee in the amount of 70% of the total price
Cancellation within 4 weeks before the planned arrival: cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the total price

Summer & Fall 2023

For all bookings regarding Summer and Fall 2023 ( arrival from 08 Jun 23, scheduled departure before 16 Dec 23), the following terms of cancellation apply:

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the planned arrival: bookings can be cancelled free of charge
In case of cancellation 4 weeks to 8 days before the planned arrival: cancellation fee in the amount of 70% of the total price
Cancellation within 7 days before the planned arrival: cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the total price

Force Majeure Event | Illness

Should the trip become impossible due to a force majeure event (e.g. whole areas, towns or states put into lockdown, travel ban on arrivals/departures, changes to flights etc.), no cancellation fees will be charged and the deposit payment will be returned or credited towards your next stay.

In the event of illness, we strongly recommend that you book a travel insurance policy! The travel insurance can`t be refunded in case of cancellation. Cancellations are accepted only in writing and must be reconfirmed
